Thomas and his wife and musical soul partner in life, Dita are from Charleston, SC.
They have three vivacious children; Thomas the 4th (Jrew), Jazzlyn Reed & Stella
Joy. Thomas and Dita moved to Nashville in 2003 to be a part of the ministry
community of Nashville, TN. Thomas graduated from Charleston Southern
University with a BA in Church Music and also a BA in Religion.
Thomas’s heart is to lead in a way that impacts all people multi-culturally, multi-
generationally, and socio-economically to experience and encounter the Most High
Living God as one.
Thomas came to faith as a sophomore in High School and answered the call to
ministry while working at a summer camp, in college, in 1993. Through answering
that call, Thomas has had the opportunity to travel all across the US and world
sharing the gospel and turning hearts to God through authentic worship
Thomas and Dita have a band called The Rose Factor and have worked with amazing ministries like Barefoot Republic Camp, Summersalt SC’s premier Youth Camp, and Lifeway Student Camps including Centrifuge, M-Fuge, and X-Fuge. They have also had the incredible opportunity to lead worship with amazing artist like Amy Grant, Big Daddy Weave, Jamie Smith, Shane and Shane, Russ Lee and Wes King.
Thomas led worship at Mosaic Nashville for over 12 years. After leaving Mosaic, had the opportunity to work full time in concert management for a year with artist like Lecrae, Andy Mineo, Propaganda, Rend Collective, NF, Crowder, The New Respects and Casting Crowns with the company Generation Exodus.
Now, Thomas is bi-vocational, working proudly with Barefoot Republic Camp and
leading the amazing family of Christ for The Nations Church.
